Many applications are submitted yearly. The ScholasTIC Tourette Supporters use an online platform to accept new submissions. Kaleidoscope is the software management platform that will collect and store your information, send out a recommendation link to your mentors and allow you to upload a photo, write an essay, and more. The site also ensures privacy and security for your personal identification. Nothing is shared or sold to 3rd partied. HIPPA compliance is our highest concern.
When you are ready to submit your application for the scholarship, have ready your contact information, a parent contact, your hobbies, any volunteer activities you may have done, your TS activities like camp or a 5k run, etc
You will need your transcripts, letters of recommendation, a photo, a Doctors letter confirming your TS and all other items completed and received by June1 to be considered for the scholarship
